Mouse dropping removal tips

I have found mouse droppings in the outhouse/utility room. It’s adjoined to the house but a separate little room.
We store all our cleaning products, dry foods and household items such as toilet rolls out there.
How do I safely sanitize it all and clean up the mouse droppings?

Food I would bin unless it's in tamper proof boxes.

Toilet rolls, can you get rid of outer packing and store in a closed box?

Cleaning products in bottles I'd wash in hot soapy water with a splash of bleach.
