Roborock robot vacuum: can anyone answer this?

Just got this, started using less than 2 weeks ago and after a week displayed ‘full’ here (see attached screenshot. This is odd as only used a couple of times (low level of dirt) and the info said it should work for 2 months or so. Now when I have set it off to do vacuuming it is not doing a good job and dropping dirt everywhere.

my questions 1) (probably a silly one) but does
that indeed indicate bag is full (it does not feel that full) ?

2. does anyone else have the same issue ie bag filling up/ not vacuuming efficiently after such a short time?

Empty the bag and see what happens next time.

The "Full" indicator there is nothing to do with bags or anything else - it indicates you have asked it to do a full vacuum. If you select the 'room' option, you can ask it to do individual rooms.

Have you turned the bot upside down and checked there's not a lot of hair wrapped round the roller or junk stuck behind it?
