What's the best carpet shampoo?

My friend has lent me her Bissell carpet cleaning machine, but I have no shampoo to put in it. I need something that will clean and also neutralise odours (DD2 keeps weeing over the top of her potty and despite my scrubbing with Vanish it's getting a bit smelly).

Any recommendations?

Why not use the bissell shampoo you can get it from dixons

i use vanish in my vax as the bissel and vax aaa are expensive and i use a lot of carpet cleaner.

sprinkle down bi carrb on dry capet to get rid of odours leave it on over night and hoover off in the morning

Thanks ladies, I tried bicarb and it made no difference. Will try and get to a Dixons/Currys or similar and see if they have any (never thought of trying somewhere like that for shampoo! Doh.)
