The worst customer service in the world. They deliver to the wrong address and do not offer refunds for goods never received. They set up repeat orders for random goods I have never placed orders for and deny responsibility. They refuse to cancel this "repeat order" until they take money off your account, the details of which were provided to them for a one off different order. It took no less than 7 separate emails and a negative review to get them to cancel the order, which I have never placed. This order was again delivered to the wrong address, badly packaged and leaking all over the neighbour's property. They are not taking responsibility. I have never come across anything like this before in the UK and am going to report them to all relevant consumer associations. STAY AWAY
