What am I doing wrong . I can’t make chips frozen or fresh in the ninja never come out crispy . I stop half way and shake . Put in for extra time . I don’t get it . I’ve pre heated . Never . Help . They’re always limp .

My ninja has a button ‘extra crisp’ or something, do you use that? Otherwise I’d try increasing the temperature to at least 200 if you haven’t already.

I don’t really do chips in mine though I do heat up potatoes waffles, alphabet bites etc., and they seem crispy enough to me.

Oh goodness never thought of pressing max crisps . Will that cook and crisp ? Thought you had to air fry to cook chips from frozen and fresh .

I’m not really sure but MIL say she presses max crisp and it all turns out lovely, for things like chips, fish fingers etc. That’s what I’d try anyway, if I were you. Good luck :)

Max crisp is just a higher temp. It’s all air frying, just different temps.
