Granite work tops full

Hi does anyone use a cleaner on their granite worktops that makes them a bit more shiney?

We’ve moved in a house with black glittery granite work tops but they look a bit dull and I don’t know what to clean them with and also to make the top look more shiney?

A cleaner I had years ago used to use baby oil to buff them! I’ve never tried it myself as we have quartz now.
