Hair hair everywhere

Just wondering if anyone has any tips. I have a black cocker spaniel whose hairs go everywhere and 2 children with thick curly hair.

Hoovering is fine but cleaning the bathrooms is horrific. If I put a sponge round, it just picks up hair and if I try and get the hair off, I never get it all off and I end up wiping hair everywhere.

Does anyone have any magic solutions? I genuinely cannot believe how much hair we seem to be producing (for reference I have v thin hair and am losing it 😂)

If the bathroom is dry before I clean, I run the Dyson around first.

thats a good idea - maybe I should do that - we have a green Henry (the pet one) which is good on the floors

We have same here, I sweep before hoovering unfortunately- I’d love to find the holy grail of hoovers but everyone I know that has pet ones didn’t recommend!

Wear crocs and pull your feet across carpet gets up my two teen DDs hair quicker then hoover. Others use dry rubber gloves static picks up the hair.

Thanks I will try these. We have loads of visitors over Xmas so it would be good to get everywhere looking clean and hairless for one day!

I use the vacuum first, then in the bathroom wipe with damp kitchen roll prior to cleaning. It picks up the worst of the grot and you can then just chuck it away.

I run tissue round to pick up hair in the bathroom and on my kitchen windowsill.

Rubber squeege or rubber broom is amazing for hair. And as easy as sweeping up

Just wanted to come back and post. Hoovered the bathrooms pre cleaning and it made a big difference so thanks for the suggestion!
