I haven’t but I would also like to know

raspberrysparkles · 28/11/2025 11:58

Sorry misread!

Allthebeernoidea · 28/11/2025 11:58

I was hoping Zoflora would do a Christmas scent

Gatekeeper · 28/11/2025 12:02

on reading the thread title I was going to say "put your sprouts on to boil now" but that not what you want Grin

YYYDlilah · 28/11/2025 12:06

Was also going to suggest boiling sprouts too.

You don't need things to smell Christmassy, OP.

I’ve not used it but Astonish do a Christmas scent! Check out Dunelm and the Range.

The White Company also have room sprays I’m pretty sure.

I have a candle warmer and Christmas candles on all day every day, I just love a festive scent. I have no kiddies or pets though so candles may not be practical if you do. Also really recommend the gingerbread diffuser from Next if you like gingerbread.

You could try making a traditional Christmas scented decoration.

Take a large fresh orange and press cloves into it - the more cloves the better.
Hang it up, either on your Christmas tree or somewhere else where the scent will circulate.

Alternatively, warm up some mulled wine on the hob.

I was going to suggest boiling up a bag of giblets.

Tallow and ash have a few Christmas scents

I can't help with the frankincense smell but my DD chose a gingerbread diffuser last time she came to Aldi with me and her room definitely smells of Christmas 😂 even the dog smells of Christmas if he's spent enough time in there!

I hang Scentsicles (White Winter Fir) on my Christmas tree and stick some randomly around the house at this time of year, they do last and smell lovely and Christmassy...

I was going to suggest this too. It’s not laundry detergent or frankincense but they definitely give the room/house that characteristic Christmassy scent

shellyleppard · 29/11/2025 10:56

I have gingerbread and fig and apricot tea lights around the house. Its a subtle aroma....

KmcK87 · 29/11/2025 13:21

Has anyone tried the tallow and ash Christmas laundry stuff?

bumblebee1000 · 29/11/2025 13:24

Aldi did a xmas spice fabric conditioner last year, i still have some..its ok...i prefer to mix some essential oils...cinammon, clove, orange and add to the machine...mix with warm water and put in soap drawer...smells better than artificial conditioner.
