We have had a renovation done. Taken years. We were using the large utility room as a temporary kitchen.
Husband wanted a rug. I researched which ones would be fine with a natural stone floor with underfloor heating and bought one.
Underlay was recommended too as it was going on a stone floor. I am sure I checked it was compatible at the time.
However, I have lifted the rug and the underlay. I have cleaned and scrubbed with Lithofilm but there is still a sticky residue from the underlay.
Can the people of Mumsnet recommend anything else that won’t damage the floor?
