Fairy power spray, its fab! My kitchen was full of grease and is now completely grease free (with very little effort on my part ) my sister is finding it very amusing that I'm so excited about a cleaning product but I am really impressed with it! The only grievance I have with it is you don't get much per bottle other than its fab!!! (yes I know I need to get a life )

I also get a little excited when I see a new 'product'
I bought domestos pipe and sink unblocker the other day, and the results were amazing. You just squirt the whole bottle down the plughole and in fifteen minutes it's unblocked.

i might give that a try next week lazarou the bath plughole needs unblocking ive tried mr m on it but was not impressed!

If you're after a cheaper alternative, may i suggest Liquid soda Chrystals? 99p for the average sized spray bottle and brilliant. You can use it neat on your clothes for stain removal (no bleech in it), cleans scum of baths and around the taps, paintwork, you name it, it cleans it! A good all round cleaner!

Yes, but does Barry Scott recommend it?

I don't know about anyone else, but I like to add a little Mr Sheen to the mix, just takes the edge off

That's it, I'm adding fairy power spray to my list.
Bugs away is pretty good too

expatinscotland · 07/06/2008 23:45

it worked for us!

i was using 'Service It' by Glo, but this was cheaper so i gave it a bash.

now i don't have smelly washing machine because as everyone knows i am persnickety about the washing.

but since the machine belongs to our landlords we want to make sure it stays in top shape for their return.

maidamess · 07/06/2008 23:58

can I add this to the shopping list? bar keepers friend

It really is amazing at bringing skanky stainless steel sinks or baths back from the dead. Its a powder, but rinses off very well.

RandZsMummy · 08/06/2008 00:00

maidamess ive been trying to remember what that was someone told me about it once but i had forgotte what it was called. thanks
