White and black vinyl floor has gone yellow

As title says, it’s got a yellowed appearance to it. Any miracle cleaning products I can use or does it just need replacing? It’s been down for 10 years but I’d much rather not replace it!

Bleach?

It cleaned the floor but it still looks discoloured

It's not going to come clean. It's the same as white gloss paint goes yellow over time. You will need to replace it.
