Our main problem is flying beasts...bluebottles, flies, clegs, beetles eugh!

Will one of these plug-in do-da's do the job and any idea where I get one

I've just got one for mice as we live in the middle of nowhere and get the odd one now and again. Think have them less often since we bought the plug in device. Not sure about flying beasts thought but would be interested to hear about them

Maplins, link below, we got a mice repellant as we definitely have a wee visitor and I didn't realise how many different repellants you could get. Eye opening.

We've got one for mosquitos and had it plugged in all last week and no-one got bitten. DH comes home, unplugs it cos "it's a waste of electricity" and I've been bitten four times in the night. Bloody eejit

Scooter is it one of those ones that have electric blue lights in ? as we have one and find it doesn't work ( apart from making the room look like a butchers shop !)It has never even caught a moth even after 2mths of using it.

No, ours is a plug-in thing that makes a very high-pitched noise you can't really hear(similar, I'm told, to an enormous I'm the Daddy mosquito so all the others are scared to come in). We've got the zapper blue thing too and I agree it's crap.
The buzzy things are really common out here in Germany. Can you get them in the UK?

Am in Italy - We have a Chicco make plug in thing that is even more cr*p ( makes an ultrasound ) it is small however - so we revert to the plug in thing that you add tablets to.
