Cleaner rates of pay

I've had my current cleaner and her team for nearly two years and they are brilliant mostly.

I currently pay £15/hr and was thinking to give her a payrise, she hasn't asked for one, but I value her so would like to do this.

Could anyone please share the going rates at the moment, we are in Surrey.
Many thanks.

Mine’s £18 now which I think I pretty standard. I’m not far from Surrey

I'm a cleaner on the Northants\ Oxon border and increased my fee of £16.50 to £18hr in the summer.
I increase about every two years.

£18 an hour in Yorkshire - since beginning of the year. My cleaner never asks for a rise but she works for a number of us in the same friendship group and we agree a pay rise every 12-18 months or so.

A bit of odd arrangement - but if we left up to her, rates would never go up.

Cleaner was £18 but I put it up to £20 as don’t want to lose her.
