Pen marks on clothes

I did a wash without checking pockets!!! I know, i know….
This type of pen leaked during the washing cycle and now all the clothes have marks (see pic). And yes it was a white load 😫😫 of course it could not have happened on a dark load!!
i have tried a stain remover but no luck.
what else can i try?

Have you tried stain remover that is specifically made for ink stains, or just a generic one?

Just a generic one. Do you have a brand to recommend for ink stain?

Stain devils have a whole collection of stain removers for different stains. The ink one is really good. I wish I bought it sooner as the amount of toddler clothes i ended up getting rid of due to ink stains is crazy.

Put alcohol gel on all the pen marks and re wash. Will all come out! As happened to me before

I had more luck with antibacterial gel/ neat alcohol than the ink specific stain removers.

Spray with hairspray (one that contains alcohol) and wash. I've done this a few times successfully.

Ive tried a few things since my last post and perhaps the staim is too old now but it barely shifted. I have just boight some black dye instead and DS will have a brand nee black jogging bottom!

Just an FYI, ive found that with pen and ink stains the quicker you use the stain devil solution the better. Once you wash the item and it dries the stain has set in.
