It seems to be impossible to clean Neff ovens

I have 2 Neff ovens without pyro but with steam clean. Haven’t had them long. Website says not to use harsh cleaners on self clean ovens however the steam clean function does not get off burnt on grease. I don’t want to damage the inside so what do you use?

Bit surprised that such pricey ovens are impossible to clean .

Just cleaned my oven door using a glass scraper. Took 1.5 hours. I tried using Nanna's Secret which I'd seen advertised on Instagram as a natural but effective oven cleaner. Was completely useless. In future I might just use one of those oven cleaning companies that come round and do it for you!

Have you tried pink stuff?

I’ve also had success with a scraper, then a bowl of boiling water on a low heat for 45 mins in the oven (think Neff’s easy clean is only about 20 mins?)

This sort of thing is why I went for pyrolytic in our new kitchen - much easier.

Get a man in! (Oven cleaning man!)

Not sure I’ll buy Neff again if you can’t clean them yourself. Don’t want pyro. Just want to be able to clean it myself .😫
