Cleaning silver jewellery

Looking for recommendations for cleaning silver jewellery. Has anyone tried the ultrasonic jewellery cleaners. ? Or is it better to use something like Silvo ? Thanks

line a bowl with tin foil (shiny side up) add two teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda Place in silver items and pour on boiling water to cover. A reaction takes place and tarnish lifts off. V satisfying!

Came on to say this - lifts tarnish far more easily than anything else I’ve ever tried, and the chemical reaction is fun to watch. All I ever do after is rinse in warm water, dry on a microfibre cloth, and then use a silver polishing cloth to get super shiny.

Toothpaste and a toothbrush works well too
