Get felt tip off a coat?

DD's winter coat from last year is in good condition except that her friend wrote CHLOE!!! across the sleeve in felt tip. I'd like to sell it on vinted if I could get the pen out but it's been through the machine a few times and it's not budging. What can I do to get it out? Or should I just advertise it as only suitable for someone called Chloe?
