Really boring q about new fridge freezers

Need a new fridge freezer - the new ones almost all have a single giant veg drawer and no bottom door shelf in the fridge. If you have one, is it alright or is it a let down? My shelves are always full but the veg drawer mainly just hides my chocolate. Thanks for answering my boring question 😁

I'm not sure I understand your question but I bought clear boxes, some with lids and clear drawers to make my new fridge suit me. It works well and I get more in.

I know what you mean. Just had my kitchen done. Got an integrated Hotpoint 70 30 fridge freezer.
Holds a lot. The veg/ salad drawer is huge and the milk/ bottle holder in the door is there but higher. I keep nearly dropping the milk on the floor! I will get used to it.

I have a Bosch 4 fridge freezer and it has a bottom shelf in the door, plus a big veg drawer and a meat drawer above that.

I would be interested to know what you end up buying. My fridge freezer is on it’s last legs and being only 5ft tall I don’t fancy the higher milk storage.

I love the huge salad/veg drawer but it means you can't get larger containers of milk in the door, we use the milkman and single glass pint bottles are fine but 2pt bottles are a tight squeeze and the 4 pint ones don't fit at all.

Edit to say well you could if you removed the upper little shelf on the door but then we'd lose that and it's really useful for jars of things that are kept in the fridge eg mayo

Argh, hadn’t even thought about the risk I’d drop the milk onto the floor! Totally the sort of thing I’d do.
