Video doorbell -simple intercom sort

Seems a bit of a small purchase for 'property/ diy' so I put it here...

Looking for a simple camera/intercom doorbell for my disabled mum so she can either say to callers 'hello Marjorie, I'm just coming to let you in' or 'please put it in the parcels box' or whatever...

A full on ring type with subscription to save all the recordings kind of system seems like overkill.

Has anyone got one they can recommend? Band Q sell a few around the £25 mark but impossible to know how easy to use they are, and none have reviews

Criteria are :
Simple to use (and android compatible)
Reasonably reliable
Reasonable battery life, easy to recharge
Reasonable picture and sound quality

If anyone has got one that actually works for that sort of price, I'd be so grateful to hear 🙏🙏

We have a Google doorbell and use as intercom type system but don't pay the subscription so doesn't record videos. It's battery based so no wires. Needs charging a couple of times a year. Pleased with ours

Eufy videos door bell. Easy to set up and mount. you don’t need to pay a subscription just use an sd card and it’s so easy to use the app. they can be hard wired or recharged the battery life is brilliant and charges quickly too. Mine was about £60
