Moving siblings into one room

We are planning on having our boys share a room 3 and almost 2. We are hoping that it will help them sleep better (don’t shatter my illusion! 🤣). I need tips for bedtime because my youngest is asleep before the eldest at the moment and they both need support in getting to sleep. Thank you

My two are now older but we did this when they were 6 and 3. They loved it because in the day together they can play. And at night they don't feel like they're alone so they both sleep better. The younger one is a heavy sleeper and that helps when I'm putting his brother to bed but we've instilled being quiet and low lighting and they respect that and don't try to wake each other up.
They still love it now and although we have a spare room they still both very much want to stay in together.
