To ask when you deep clean?

Busy Mum here often feel like I am living in disorganised chaos with only myself to blame! I work part time and my days off are spent chasing my 2 year old/ walking the dog. Come his nap time I just want to chill. I tend to prioritise fitness so gym/run 4 days a week so come bedtime I want to relax. We keep on time of the house being tidy but the deep cleaning takes a backseat and it drives me insane. I really want a cleaner but my other half won’t budge. We have a fairly big house (4 beds and 3 bathrooms) so any tips would be appreciated. Or when do you find the time to deep clean?

Never tbh.

so why does your DH get to decide? If he’s not on for cleaner, I’d ask him when are you both doing the deep clean? Are you going to give up one weekend day a month etc for it? We have a cleaner - I think outsourcing makes sense when you’re busy.

My best tip is to get a cleaner. What’s your DHs objection and why does he get the casting vote. Is he the one scrubbing skirting boards and shifting sofas?

Does your husband do any deep cleaning?

We share the cleaning equally to be honest - he does pull his weight. Money has been a bit tight recently so he’s not welcomed the idea. Although after another moan has agreed we should probably start factoring in. :D
