Hotel quality duvet cover

We’ve just come back from a couple of nights in a nice UK hotel where I had a couple of great nights sleep, all down to the bedding!

Does anybody on here work in hotel housekeeping who can recommend good quality cotton duvet covers (and pillow cases) that are available to the public but replicate hotel quality. I thought I was being clever taking a photo of the label but it turns out it’s a linen rental company who provide and launder the linen. I did think it’s likely helped by the laundering process as they were so ‘crisp’ and crunchy! These were white, and ‘bag’ design/style but it’s the ‘feel’ I’m looking for!

I’m going to order a down duvet as that was another factor but I just want to sleep
like I did in that hotel! ☺️

Any help or advice gladly accepted!

I got some lovely pure cotton sets in TK recently. Great sleep.

If you want hotel quality, with that delightful crispy light feel, then Frette is the brand. Used in expensive hotels. Eye wateringly expensive but lovely to sink into.

Ps. They shouldn't be put in the drier to ensure longevity, and you need to iron for the crispiness

Check thread count higher the better agree Homesense and TK Maxx

Down duvet and pillows from either M&S or John Lewis. Most expensive bedsheets you can afford from The White Company. Love my bedding!!

Have a look at Bedeck.com bedding, they have high thread count cotton bedding. Never use fabric softener when washing it. It will need ironing.

Euroquilt is a Scottish firm who make down quilts. They are excellent.

Are they starched I wonder? Though I'm not sure what that actuallt is!

White company

@ChampagneCharly and agree with Godesstobe

King of Cotton is the hotel standard

Throw lots and lots of money at it and iron it (the sheets, not the money!).
