I bought an expensive Hypnos mattress from John Lewis along with mattress protector, topping, new bedding etc. It came with a 10year guarantee. I have always followed the care instructions and dont take drinks in the bedroom. Tonight I was turning the mattress and noticed unsightly orange stains. They are large, like I have spilt something but I haven't. Can only imagine they are rust or perspiration/some sort of oxidisation of the natural materials or fabric reaction - dont understand why they are orange - I always shower before bed. I dont know what to do - any advice? Is this something the guarantee would look at - it is shameful. Thank you
