My floor just won't come clean

I started a thread this the other week but can't find it now.

My dad has been doing small amounts of building work and tiling here, and now my laminate flooring just won't go back to how it was.

It is clean, but very very dull.

Have just tried Mr Sheen floor cleaner, but it is still the same.

Anything else I can try ?

I always used to make my own cleaner for laminate and it used to really shine. I used
Bicarb,

white vinegar

two drops of baby oil

two drops of washing up liquid

and really really hot water and wah the flors in long strokes.
