We have an issue with cat urine smell from two spots on the carpet where the (D)cat has had an out of character mishap. I have tried vinegar/baking soda/extreme enzyme cleaner and the smell always comes back.
I have got two quotes from high-rated local companies, they are very similar quotes and both with approximately two weeks wait (argh). One says they cannot guarantee the smell will come out but they will do their best, the other says they will deal with the smell but the stain may remain.
I am leaning towards the first company as I don't think anyone can really guarantee the smell will go. Any advice?
