Ceramic hob cleaning

I am cleaning an elderly relative’s house and I can’t seem to shift what look like burnt-on grease/oil marks on the ceramic hob. I have tried baking soda/white vinegar combo and the usual ceramic hob cleaners but to no avail. Any tried and tested, safe for ceramic, ideas please?

Bar Keepers Friend will do the job. You should be able to find it in the supermarkets or Amazon.

A hob scraper would take that off really well then perhaps finish with oven hob cleaner or bar keepers friend as suggested above.

Pink stuff in a tub.

thank you everyone. In the end I bought a Minky ceramic hob scraper as nothing else was working. Once all the burnt on debris was removed, Bar Keeper’s Friend polished it up. Looks like new again!
