Reccomendations for electric cleaning brush/scrubber or brush drill attachments?

I want to get something like an electric scrubbing brush to clean bathroom tiles. There seem to be a lot of options from hand held ones like the bosch universalbrush thing (which is ££), or ones like big electric tooth brushes or attachments for a drill. What works well? Any recommendations please?

Does the Pink Stuff not do a brush set thing?

Not sure why, but not keen on the Pink stuff (possibly it's pinkness) - also i think i wanted something slightly bigger it would take me the rest of time to clean our tikes with those. But thanks - on the right track
