...and it is driving me insane!

I have cleaned the fridge thoroughly, but it is still there! There is a small drainage hole at the back which I have tried to clean but obv can't get right into it. What am I going to do. The smell is turning my stomach.

Just starting to wonder if something has died underneath the fridge

Obviously I mean the smell is still there after a thorough clean, not the fridge ....though the fridge may not be there for much longer if it doen't start co-operating!

Cloth round chopstick can get into the drainage hole...

we got a little plunger with our fridge for the drainage hole. It gets clogged with nasty black whiffy gunk, but a few plunges and then some bicarb down the hole sorts it out.

Ooh nice quick responses thankyou! LL I am not pulling out the firdge for fear that there is a deceased something or other underneath! i will leave that little job to DH I think. Though actually tis an integral fridge so I am ot sure it can be pulled out and really can''t see that anything could have got behind it.

I will try the chopstick and baking soda plus bleach. I have tried pouring down a cleaner solution, but tthat was last night and the smell is still there.

So, this may be a stupid question, but where does the drainage hole drain too?

Ooooohh noooooo, don't tell me that!!!

I'm trying to work out how they would as the wall in question would be an internal wall, but we do have a huge field next to us and mice have been in the garage so tis possible Yup, definately a DH job

So if it is the fridge (which I reeeeaally hope it is) then I would need to access this tank to clean it out? Cos the smell would still be in the tank wouldn't it? Tis a blinking awful smell!
