Bosch Fridge freezer failed after 8 years - need an urgent replacement. Advice please.

Advice needed please. I am looking for a white fridge freezer that's half fridge and half freezer. Needs to be a decent one that's frost free, not too expensive and not noisy.
Not looking for any special features like water cooler or ice cube maker.

Bosch are the only people who do a 50/50.... I know because that's what I want. Can it not be fixed??

Absolute nonsense that only Bosch do 50/50. There's 31 choices here. I used to have an indesit free standing one, now I have an integrated Beko. Both were fine.

I have a 50/50 Hisense one. I bought it unseen in the early days of the first lockdown when all the shops were shut, and for some reason there was very little choice. I am really happy with it. It just seems to be designed well.

Lots of others around as per other replies. I dont think it's worth fixing white goods anymore. The problem is getting someone to fix them these days.

I bought a Beko 50/50 last year to replace my last Beko 50/50. I was moving, the previous one had been going strong for 19 years and went to a good home (where it is still working) - I only replaced it on the basis that I thought I was pushing my luck after 19 years plus it was one less thing to move!

When I moved into my flat over 20 years ago I had a new kitchen installed. I'm on my second dishwasher, washer/dryer and oven, but my trusty Electrolux fridge/freezer is still going strong!

For future reference - if you phone AO they have a department which will help, as
they have all their stock on the computer screen in front of them, ask your requiremnt, budget etc., and narrow down the choices.
We find them all helpful, yes I know they want a sale!
they also have end of lines sales and delivery next day.

Disillusioned with JL we have now jumped ship.
Our narrow fridge freezer is a Beko 50/50 quiet and efficient.

we were Bosch devotees for years, new machines whenever we frequently moved, realised the construction, value, running, was nowhere near as good
We have a Miele washer 3 years old, the rest of our machines are Beko and fine.

Also small appliances from AO, kettle, iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, air fryer etc.

We have a 50/50 Bosch 4, I think it’s called. It’s 60/40 but definitely feels like 50/50. I carefully compared spa es before I bought it.
