I have the above washing machine and can't figure out why I can't just set the programme I want and get the machine to start. I normally use the short wash, 15/30 minutes but when I try to set it a weight, e.g. 2kg or 4kg comes up on the panel and the machine will not start. I have to keep loading and unloading the clothes that I have put in the machine numerous times, sometimes taking 30 mins or more, before the machine will actually start and do the wash I want it to.
Has anybody else got the same machine and do you have a similar problem? Is there any way to stop this happening?
