Shower head for extra power

Has anyone bought one of the shower heads that claim to improve water flow or give extra pressure/ remove impurities ? And are they all one size? And easy to fit ? I’m tempted

No direct experience of this type of shower head, but most UK shower heads have a standard 1/2 inch thread, so unless you're buying from abroad I expect you will be fine. It should just screw onto the hose.
