Where do you live?

Earlybird · 26/05/2008 12:37

Are you wanting a carpet cleaning product or a carpet cleaning person/service?

shelleylou · 26/05/2008 12:40

a cleaning product couldnt afford a cleaning service

Johnsons the cleaners do one called , rug doctor you can hire it and buy the solution. It brings my cream (yes bad choice of colour) carpet up beautifully. I think you can now hire it from some Morrisons stores too I think.

mines a light brown so goes wiuth the room but wouldnt show all the dirt but ds has an awful habit of rubbing anything hes droped into the carpet. Or missing his potty as hes decided to use it, had a succes yesterday though :D

rugdoctor is fab. If you hire it from drycleaners on a Saturday, you get it all weekend coz can't return it till Mon morn (we shared cost with parents & had it for a day each!) Much better results than bissell or vax!

jingleyjen · 28/05/2008 22:28

we have a bissell proheat II it is fabulous thoroughly recommend one

I have a Bissell Steamvac which is quick and easy to use.

ScienceTeacher · 28/05/2008 22:29

Proheat, not Steamvac.

thanks i bought some 1001 and rubbed that into the carpet and it has worked really well. I wish i could hire a rug doctor but finances are against me on that at the moment.
