Removing poo stains

Looking for advice on removing poo stains from pants. I’ve been using bleach but it tends to damage the fabric after a while so keep having to buy new pants. The pants are cotton, I saw that napisan is a stain remover but does it work? Any advice? Thanks

Vanish works a treat on most stains. Be sure to rub it into the stain before washing.

Hang them up in the sun to dry. The stains will vanish.

rather then remove the stains I would try to prevent them. Perhaps wearing a liner inside?

Enzymatic stain treatment for the proteins.

Wash normally and dry in the sunshine. Nappies cleaned up like magic once in the sun.

Soak in oxy powder then hang in the sun.

Long hot wash 40-60 and longer than hour. I used cloth nappies and never had a stain
