I find these forums helpful for insight into experiences with customer service, so wanted to share my own experience with Miele.
Dishwasher, around 10 years old, stopped working and had an error code.
Miele customer service was so bad, I wouldn't want to own another appliance from them. Ignored emails, dropped phone calls, double charge for engineer visit. There seems to be something wrong with how the operation is managed as it just seems dysfunctional and - for the price of their products - pretty unacceptable.
