Hoovered and mopped today so my weekly tasks are officially complete. A couple of birthday parties to go to this weekend so hopefully if we arent in the place will stay nice

We have been out and really enjoyed our adventure with the boys, we ate out for lunch and they were great.

They have been bathed and are currently playing snap - well I say playing, but this is a 2 and3 year old and what is worse a competative 41 year old too

I have done all the ironing and put the boys clothes away.

To do:

Put our clothes away
Hoover and mop the floor
Sort picnic for tomorrow
Pray for sunshine
Pray that the toothache does not continue

thanks madhouse i have got a 3 network dongle and it sometimes go onto gprs signal which is real slow and also i have somehow got to cut down on how long i use it for cos it is pay as you go i am hoping i will manage on a £15 top up a mth which is 10 hours a mth but i have tidied up today and vacuemed might go and start the washing which will take a couple of hours cos i haven't got a washing machine and i am sleping outside in the awning tonight so need to put the bed up if i can be bothered lol

We are off out for the day again today. Cragside in Northumberland

So picnic is done, flan is cooling and we are ready to go.

The boys have their new trainers on - the first pairs that they have ever owned. They are little white reebok ones (the logo is really discreet) and they love them. I relented as they were much less expensive than a pair from clarks we got them for £8 each from the outlet village nearby. I am not one for logos and stuff or for kids looking like adults, but a bit of sports culture wear is goin on in the madhouse today - I will take a picture and post it later

TMH we bought Ellie reebok trainers last year in Boston & they where fab white with NY on them. Bought her trainers from clarkes on Wednesday Afternoon. Which when the lady 'expert' fitted them I thought they where too big! No said the lady there is always growing room Ellie fell & grazed her head at the park on Thursday, fell Friday & tripped & banged her forehead in the carpark yesterday. I've measured them against a pair of Italian made sandals she has been wearing & they are full 1/2 size too big! I am taking them back today they are a dangerous. Have a great picnic.

Raining here today, going to neighbours later for play date &tea.

I have had a fantabulous birthday! It was just so great to see people I haven't seen for ages. My mate from NYC was just brilliant and he still looks like James Spader when he puts his glasses on

I got loads of pressies and best of things, DH got me this heh heh heh. Grouchy has here very own shirt!!!

Well my Dad is here so I better scarper. Plus the footy match has started

I have counted nearly 200 in change from our holiday tin which I need to pay into the bank this week and now I am trying to make head or arse of the joint account. I am banging my head on the wall.

DS has been in a very challenging mood today. I am glad he has gone to bed I am a terrible mother

We have had a fantastic day out, Thoroughly recomend cragside in Northumberland. Fab house (they boys behaved), picnic, we then did a 2.5 mile forrest walk, DS1 walk most of it and then did the drive and went to the best adventure playground I have ever seen. They had miniture ones for toddlers of nearly everything they had for the big kids and even the bigger stuff was OK for both of mine as they are fearless. We then dragged them away for fish and chips at Seahouses, drove past Bamborough Castle and home. They have just got to bed, without a bath.

We are goping out again tomorrow, possibly to high force

Evening all. Not caught up on thread so EHM Hope Ellie had a fab day.

We have had a fun day. We went to the leisure centre here for their fun day. Kids have been trampoling, ping pong, badminton and rock climbing. DD2 (yes, the 3 yr old) went right to the top! The instructor helped by pulling the rope but she loved it. (pic on profile)
They also released balloons to see whose goes the farthest. So keep a look out for a balloon/tag with Castle Cary leisure centre on it lol!

No plans for tomorrow at the moment. DS's are out with their dad for the day so need something for me and DD's to do but weather looks like it will be wet so i will have to find something indoors for them.

DS1, DS2 and DD1 also tried fencing!

I will I will I will make more effort to fly! My new years resolution is not going very well! Mind you having to use the laptop as the tv at the moment does not help as I don't get to MN as much as I would like.

grouchy how do you feel about meeting up for a cuppa one day? (no pressure I'm a bit meet-a-mumsnetter-phobic although I don't know why cos I've met some good mummy friends on the net)
