Mildew? on baby snowsuit

I friend has given me a beautiful white and silver snowsuit for a newborn baby. I am due on Christmas day and thought it would be wonderful to bring baby home in.
Have just washed and dried it and it has marks on the arm where it looks like it has not been dried properly before it was put away.
Is there anything I can do to rescue it as it really is a lovely piece of clothing?

I wouldn't worry, it'll no doubt be puked on within a few minutes of being put on your baby .

If you've washed and dried it, it's probably clean and fine to use. Sunshine sometimes fades mildew marks. You probably won't need a snowsuit to bring the baby home in - they'll only be going from the hospital door to the car door, and don't need a snowsuit in their car seat.
