Do we have a moth problem

at the min were seeing a couple of moths in the house every day, we had exactly the same problem last year for a few weeks then nothing
they are flappy things flying about in the day time, don’t keep to the floor area and fly round people
haven’t seen any eggs and no damage to clothes and not seen any issues in the pantry but it’s driving me mad
Surely that many don’t come in from outdoors but if we had an infestation it wouldn’t just be a few weeks every year?

We have this issue every summer too. I'll never forget there were thousands of them nesting in the dog meal once. It was horrific 🤢 I now keep it in tubs.
