Affordable areas in Sw London?

Hi all,

I posted a while back about myself and my partner having recently bought our first home in Feltham, London. Whilst we realise how lucky we are to own our own home, we really aren’t happy in the area and are researching where we could potentially go next. We really want to stay in SW London within zone 5. We would need 3 bed house and a train into either Waterloo or Victoria for work. Our budget would be about 550k. Does anyone know any areas we should look at? My partner wants to move out to Surrey, but I don’t as it’s too far from my family and my commute would be very expensive .

Ive found the whole experience of buying and living in our first house really challenging and it’s affected my mental health badly and I’m now suffering with depression so please be kind. Thanks in advance

Hi @Sweetenermaz - there’s a property topic where you’ll get much more traction on your question- good luck!
