Belling farmhouse oven - really loud cooling fan?

Anyone have a belling farmhouse oven and noticed the cooling fan is extremely loud and doesn't turn off for an hour or so? We have ended up turning it off from the mains because we have an open plan house and it's so distracting/noisy. Is this normal? How do you get round it? Is turning it off from the mains okay?

I have a Falcon range and am just having the fan motor replaced as it had become so noisy.

Are you having it replaced with a quieter motor?

Mine was incredibly noisy on a Belling too, so I think that's normal for them, but I don't remember it lasting longer than 10 minutes or so.
