All of my kiddies white things end up with a grey /dull tinge! Any tips on what I can use to whiten (non bleach if possible) I’m useless with things like this! 😅

@ScreamingabdabzI always assumed washing at that temp would shrink the clothes? I guess not :)

Only ever wash the whites together. All ds school shirts, white towels, a couple of my tops and white socks go in together. I put in a dr beckmans white sachet thingy, a scoop of biological washing powder (possibly the exact same thing as what’s in the bloody sachets for all I know 😂) and everything seems to be pretty white still!

Anyone have any tips on whitening sports bras once they've gone dingy?

My friend always had really white whites and she said it was because she washed them in the cheapest powder laundry detergent.

Obviously separate your whites from everything else and don't use any washing detergent or fabric softener that has a colour to it. I only use Persil non bio/Comfort Pure and my whites stay white.

I add the Dr Beckmann sachets to my white wash.

Run a second hot wash with a little bit of powder if they’re a bit dreary.
