We live in a 3 story house with a tiny bit of flat roof on top of the loft room window. Typical 3 story new build.
Yesterday and today we’ve been woken between 5 and 6am by seagulls banging around/possibly fighting on the bit of flat roof - we don’t even live near the sea - probably 8-10 miles away so we aren’t used to this! Problem is, we’re moving house, the survey has already been done, we don’t want any new roof damage or for the buyer to find out when they move in that there’s a bird problem they weren’t aware of! We’ve seen loads of seagull repellent items online but it’s too high to get there. How can we get rid of them?! Scared they are nesting and will be there for months!
