I had a Hotpoint heat pump dryer delivered last week and it has a really strong plastic/rubber smell when using it. I need to have a window open and close the doors on the utility room when its on. I have run a few cycles with wet towels and it still smells. If you have one, did you experience this and how long did it take to go?
