Foundation stain on playsuit!

Can anyone help with the best way to get this out? Will it come out? It's been washed a few times since..

I got foundation off a shirt using micellar water and cotton wool. It hadn't been washed though

I use original fairy liquid on my white shirt collar and it always comes off. Damp the area rub in some liquid, leave it foe a bit then wash as normal.
