Quality Crisp, Cool Bedding Reccys?

My £20 sheets aren't lasting that well due to cat constantly playing on it and making holes in them. Also, I'm post-menopausal which makes me hot most of the time when trying to get to sleep comfortably (usually, I have limbs and back sticking out of duvet throughout the night!) They're cotton and about 200/300 threadcount, but I'm not too sure about whether it's the threadcount that matters, but I've seen "specialist" bedding that promoted as "crisp and cool". Are they effective in helping you reduce your body temp? I've also heard that topnotch hotels have supposedly endorsed certain brands too, but I'm not sure if that's all fake news, anyway.

What can you recommend? I think I can invest for some good bedding upto £200 for a kingsize - or sheet up to £50 or so.

I love my rise & fall sheet. It’s lovely and soft and doesn’t get all wrinkled. Not sure if it keeps me cooler.

If you’re looking for crisp, cool sheets that actually feel fresh all night, try Miracle Brand sheets. They’re made from premium, breathable cotton infused with silver, which helps regulate temperature and keeps the fabric cleaner for longer.
The fabric feels cool and smooth, not clingy, and the quality is miles above standard £20 sheets.
They’re a bit of an investment, but totally worth it for better sleep and durability.
