Cleaning ceilings, help!

I'm prepping a room for painting and need to wash the ceiling.
I've got mobility and balance problems so can't be up and down steps with a sponge and bucket.
I've been looking online at ceiling mops, I must be a bit dense because I can't see how you rinse and squeeze the water out.
Can anyone educate me or recommend a mop that they've used please?
