The same person that invented that Oxy action spray obviously

LittleMyDancing · 14/05/2008 20:11

There's just no way to pull them off without making a mess. If you'll excuse the double entendre... [smut emoticon]

And if when you open the fridge door, something falls out every time, does it mean your fridge is badly arranged or just that universe is against you today?

Am having a BAD day.

top tip is to open with the ring pull part facing the wall & then only the wall is covered

DiscoDizzy · 14/05/2008 20:12

Don't you always open the ring pull away from you?

LittleMyDancing · 14/05/2008 20:12

that's exactly what i did. still got flick back sauce all over me.

they're just evil.

turn the can upside down and use a tin opener

cupsoftea · 14/05/2008 20:13

perhaps a housewifely pinnie on next time!

LittleMyDancing · 14/05/2008 20:13

ooooo Trolley I think i love you

too late for my lovely White Stuff top, but might just save the rest of my wardrobe! We eat a lot of bolognese.....sigh.

buy cheap tinned tomatoes - no ring pull

spend money saved on new top

LittleMyDancing · 14/05/2008 20:16

aprons, they're a good idea too.

think my bad day might have caused by me being an idiot.

Still, DS1 emptying his juice cup all over the kitchen floor definitely wasn't my fault. Or was it?

they were quite cheap - clearly not cheap enough

whatever happened to Kwik Save? now that was cheap.

Sainsbury's does the tetrapak ones - no ringpulls...

blithedance · 14/05/2008 20:25

Never use them. Always open with safety tin opener whatever the sort of tin.

LittleMyDancing · 14/05/2008 20:26

So, notes to self:

  • buy tomatoes in Sainsburys
  • wear apron
  • and use tin opener, no matter what.

Now what about the fact that my fridge hates me?

thanks ladies, you've cheered me up.
