Integrated Fridge Freezer help pls

Hi, I've just moved and need to replace all the appliances. I've never had an integrated fridge freezer so not sure if what I want is possible. I'm 5ft tall and I can't reach the fridge, I think if I can get a new appliance with the freezer above the fridge that would be better. Is such a thing possible? I've tried googling but can't find what I need and I don't want to forever be using a step stool just to get the milk out! Any ideas gratefully received.

I think it's unlikely. People open the fridge far more often than the freezer, and most people don't want to bend down to get in.

It really surprises me that you're struggling though. 5ft is 152cm, and a common height for fridge freezers is about 175cm, so you would think when you reach your arm up that you would be able to reach 23cm above your head?

Maybe its the model that's the problem. My eyes are level with the bottom of the fridge so I can't see into the fridge or on the shelves at all. I can though reach for the milk in the door but surely that shouldn't be the best I can hope for? (I guess I could've shrunk a bit too). I really wouldn't waste my time posting for a bit of help if I could use the fridge properly!

I have a70/30 fridge freezer. The bottom shelf of the fridge is about four foot from the ground. I can’t imagine how tall your freezer must be if you can’t see into the fridge. Anyway, just get an under counter fridge and an undercounter freezer. You can get both integrated, although there is far more space in freestanding models.

Yes it is weird and I don't know why it's so high. I can't afford to rip apart the kitchen though just to have freestanding appliances so I'll have to find another solution. Thanks though.

Can you stand by a wall, reach your hand up to a comfortable level, imagining you are reaching for the gherkins, and measure the height you reach to? That would then be the top shelf of your ideal fridge. So then look for a model about this height?
Eg I am 165cm tall and can reach up to around 200cm without stretching. My fridge is about 190cm and I don't have to even vaguely stretch to reach anything. You are 13cm shorter than me, so look for around 180cm height fridge. They are easy to find.
