Toddler rubbed fenugreek into carpet!

The one time I had my eye something else my toddler has managed to get hold of an open jar of fenugreek spice and run it into the carpet 😩. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of the smell? I've so far done bicarb and shake and vac. I haven't used any vanish because I'm worried it'll wet the carpet and make the smell more embedded. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Half an onion in a bowl of water left over night? It works for paint smells 🤷

Failing that, finely dice the onion, chuck it on the carpet, add some oven roasted veg and a pan fried seabass on top.
