Hi , my dads house is under offer , his meters are payg , I’ve got credit on both
can anyone tell me when I notify the energy suppliers please? Will it be apportioned with the new owner ?
They might not want the same supplier , sorry I’ve never dealt with this

Hi it’s on or after the day the sale completes. Also let the Council know and give them the name of the new occupier. Is there a water meter too?

I’m so sorry I’ve just realised that you said prepayment. You need to do that in advance. Check on the provider’s website.
