Changing an oven heating element

Does anyone know if it's relatively easy to do this if you have a built-in oven?
YouTube videos seem to suggest removing a back panel, which I don't think I'm up to as the oven won't just slide out... It's Beko if that's at all relevant. Thanks.

ive done it, was easy. Had to open the grill and oven door to unscrew from the unit that held it in place. When I got it out was really obvious what went where

My oven needs a new thermostat. And a bulb. It’s a bloody nightmare as it most certainly isn’t a DIY job and I’ve been quoted over £200 for the job so I’m saving up for a new one.
